Job Description:
Collaborate with the Product Owner (Business and Technical) to create the overall roadmap and shape the demand for enterprise platform consumption. Ensure platform team alignment with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance policies. Point of contact to our SAP Vendor, both Preferred Success and SAP HEC, to ensure escalation of tickets and planning shared outcomes. Monitor users and entitlements, including oversight of a review and approval process for firefighter ID administration. Oversee all incoming and outgoing feeds, transports, etc. related to SAP product suite. Ensure health of SAP environments and third-party integrations. Establish SAP code guidelines, including oversight of reviews and Change Approval Board (CAB). Ensure configurations are implemented in alignment with industry-specific best practices. Manage audit and compliance requirements and requests. Manage SAP upgrades and patching.
Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree or its equivalent in Information Systems, ERP Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience of at least 2 years as SAP Functional Analyst / Consultant occupations with SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC.

Hours of Work and Salary:
40 hours a week full-time work at an annual salary of $127,421 and 2 weeks paid vacation, health insurance.
