ADNAN JALIL(AJ)

Born in Pakistan, Adnan came to Minnesota in 1988 to attend Minnesota State University, Mankato for one semester. Almost 30 years later, Adnan is still in Minnesota, now calling it “home”.

Adnan is the owner and President of TIPS Consulting, Inc., founded in 1996 and celebrating 20 successful years in business. His vision was to create a local consulting company that put the needs of its clients first. His previous experience as the customer hiring consultants left him dissatisfied with the state of the industry - experiencing less-than-qualified candidates at exorbitant rates. Adnan knew he could do it better. And he has, remaining solid in a competitive, ever-changing industry.

Prior to founding TIPS Consulting, Adnan was a Programmer and Data Analyst at Express Scripts. He has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Adnan is married and has two children. Together, they enjoy boating, entertaining and the best that life on Lake Minnetonka has to offer - unless it’s football season, when Adnan is most certainly to be found, the loyal fan and enthusiast, at every Vikings home game.
