TANIA KAZI

Human Resources Manager, Tania has been with TIPS Consulting, Inc. for seven years. Tania’s responsibilities include accounts payable, as well as payroll and benefits for TIPS employees and contractors. She also supervises candidate and client communications related to HR, payroll activities and onboarding new hires.

Born to a well-known family in the northwestern city of Peshawar, Pakistan, Tania is the second eldest of four siblings. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Jinnah College (Peshawar, Pakistan). In 2004, Tania and her husband, a U.S. citizen, migrated to the United States.

Active in the community, Tania donates her time and talents to fundraising and charitable organizations. She is the mother of two, a boy and a girl. Tania is a Wayzata boys’ hockey enthusiast, and in her free time she enjoys shopping, food and movies.
