Senior IT Project Manager

Job Duties

Manage all aspects of technical projects from concept through deployment delivering on time and budget, to the satisfaction of the senior leadership team. Partner with technical resource managers, architects and global partners in the process of assessing and prioritizing proposed IT investments to achieve strategic objectives. Proactively monitor the progress of projects in the IT service portfolios, providing relevant and timely information for IT governance, management, project sponsors, and steering committees. Develop strategies to ensure software projects are delivered on schedule and within designated budgets. Establish the process and standards for project management and methodology within the organization, lead a team of skilled project managers, fostering a community of practice.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Software Development Management, Engineering Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering or closely related field. Also required is three years of experience in any IT Project Management occupations overseeing planning and implementation of IT projects, managing budgets of IT projects, facilitating IT PMO Processes, Software development lifecycles in Agile environments and with Jira, experience with Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand up, Sprint planning, Retrospective meetings, UAT Testing and Kanban methodology.
